1.1 Inclusivity & Respect

• We welcome all parents, carers, and children in a supportive and respectful environment.
• Discrimination, bullying, or disruptive behaviours will not be tolerated.

1.2 Parental Responsibility 

• Parents/carers are responsible for their child's safety, behaviour, and supervision at all times during all sessions.
• Children must not be left unattended at any point.

1.3 Health & Hygiene

• If you or your child are unwell (fever, sickness, contagious illness), please do not attend the sessions. This ensures health and safety of other families.
• Hands must be washed or sanitized before engaging in the sessions.
• All equipment and play areas are cleaned regularly to maintain hygiene standards.

2.1 Photographs & Marketing

• We may take photographs for marketing purposes. If you do not want your child to be photographed, please let us know before the session.
• Parents are welcome to take photos during the sessions but please avoid sharing images of other children online without consent.

3.1 Booking & Payments 

• All sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a space.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

3.2 Cancellation by the Customer

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session can be rescheduled or refunded.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed sessions.

3.3 Cancellation by Lliwiau Llewelyn

• If I need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.

3.4 Block Booking Policy

• Please note that block bookings are non-refundable. If a session is missed, whether by the customer or by Lliwiau Llewelyn, the session cannot be refunded or transferred.

4.1 First Aid & Emergency Procedures

• I am a trained first aider and will be present at all sessions.
• In case of emergency, parents will be notified immediately.

4.2 Insurance & Liability

• Lliwiau Llewelyn is fully insured, but parents/carers accept full responsibility for their child's safety and well-being.
• We take every precaution to maintain a safe environment, but we cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries that occur due to factors beyond our control.

4.3 Special requirements 

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before attending the sessions.
